Bryon Cail

Prior to joining HealthCentral as Chief Financial Officer, Cail acted as the Corporate Controller and VP of FP&A for Lightship Telecom, a $50MM+ business. Cail was part of the senior management team, was instrumental in the sale of the company, and was presented with the High Achiever Award. Prior to Lightship Telecom, Cail was a Senior Associate with Fleet National Bank (formerly Bank of Boston). At Fleet, Cail oversaw 27 individual commitments totaling in excess of $600.0MM in the Oil and Gas industry. Cail helped secure funding for acquisitions, new plant developments, working capital needs, leasing arrangements and assisted with derivative needs. Prior to Fleet, Cail worked at Iron Mountain as an Area Financial Manager. At Iron Mountain Cail worked with Sr. Mgmt through the entire IPO process, assisted in the acquisition and integration of over 18 acquisitions and was the financial manager for the Northern Region which consisted of 27 separate districts and $120.0MM of revenues across four lines of business. Cail has an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Management from Bentley College.
