FDA Comments, Testimonies and Resources

As we all gear up to submit our FDA written comments by February 28, 2010, we wanted to update you on a few of the things we’re working on. We will first be launching a survey to better gauge how consumers use advertising to learn about prescription medications and would love YOUR feedback. Please see below on how you can participate. We’ll of course be sharing the data in the coming weeks! In the meantime, we’ll also be working on our own written comments and posting them here for your review. Just as we all collaborated on sharing each other’s testimonies, we welcome all of you to share you own FDA written comments here as well. Finally, we’ve included additional resources we have found helpful and encourage you all to email us other links that have proven helpful to you.

We’re excited to take part in this next step of the FDA’s review of how pharmaceutical companies use the web and social media tools to market their products and look forward to guidelines around this type of marketing.

Help mold our research project!

How do consumers use advertising to learn about prescription medications? Help us determine topics & questions for our upcoming survey! More info.
