Jessica has an expertise in web and search analytics and is passionate about translating data into actionable insights. She has a mastery of web analytics, competitive intelligence and paid and organic search data and a proven track record of developing successful, data-driven audience growth solutions.
Today she serves as HealthCentral’s Vice President of Insights & Analytics, as the business owner of the company’s audience acquisition and retention efforts. She leads the company’s innovative strategy to identify searcher demand and create targeted content which mirrors the user’s patient journey. In this role, she also contributes to industry research on passive, engaged, advocate and influencer e-patients through online community participation and search string analysis. Jessica is a beta tester for Experian Hitwise, is on the customer advisory board for Omniture’s Discover product and volunteers for the Stone and Holt Weeks Foundation.
Prior to joining at HealthCentral, Jessica worked at a leading interactive agency, Media Contacts, where she was part of one of the most advanced media analytics teams in the industry.
