Prior to joining HealthCentral in 2008, she worked for MedTrackAlert, a Web start up in Louisville, KY, There she managed a team that monitored health news by specific conditions, such as diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis.
Before moving into the health industry, Veronica managed content and products for business and tech Web sites for CNET Networks. She started her career in newspapers and worked as a writer and editor for daily newspapers in Indianapolis, Phoenix, Louisville, and Coos Bay, OR.
Veronica graduated magna cum laude from Butler University with degrees in journalism and French. She lives in Louisville, KY, with her husband and two sons.
