    hey laura thank you for the tip i apprecitae it alot!!!!! I went to the doctor yesterday he perscribed me with azithromycin for my bronchitis because i do have a history and  i have it right now and its not helping with this acid reflux that i have. Lorazapam for my anxiety cause i do get to excited about this whole swallowing thing and thinking that im choking. also i got something for my acid reflux i take it before bed and its a 40mg pill. would know what types of food i can eat and doesnt make think it will get stuck in my throat and that get easily pass through??? all this is all new to mean never had heartburn or nothing it makes thing im going to die or something lol. also the doctor wanted me to take a barium swallow is that alright to do?

    Hey dominic,

     

    The foods that can trigger reflux can differ from person to person, but here are a few that are known to cause acid reflux: 

     

    - chocolate

    - peppermint

    - spicy foods

    - fatty/greasy foods

    - citrus

    - tomato sauce

    - alcohol
