I'm a 47 year old female, and I'm having a hard time dealing with sleeping and coughing along with acid reflux. How can I deal with this better. Any suggetions. I exercise, eating right what else. mlinda1mc@aol.com. I live in the south so its very hot, makes it worst it seems. I'm sleeping in a recliner most nights. What can I do to get me back to normal?
