      <title>Looking at our health daily and focusing on good eating patterns</title>
      <description>I have suffered for 40 years with Gerd, and a bad stomach. I thought I ate well, however I know that I eat to fast. I brought up 2 children and was always harried working for 33 years. Today, there are fine foods that are in many grocery stores.&amp;nbsp;I will have surgery soon to eliminate GERD symptoms along with hiatal hernia. Some of this is my eating habits, because I like the more fattening. I want to stay well after fundoplication....</description>
