Last year i found a article on the internet to do with bad acid refluxs. It suggest that if you get bad refluxs best thing to do was to drink a warm glass of water after you had finished your meal. I tried this and it did help.

Its been almost 2 years that i have been struggling hard to overcome frm acid reflux.....being on medication frm doctor nothin helped.
Just 4 months ahead i took Tibetan Ayurved medicine and i ma feeling much more better now...i can say no more acitidy....sometime i get if i dont sleep enough or bad eatin habbits. Munching Ginger!!! is very good for emergencies.
Try Tibetan Ayurved medicine & munch ginger (dried one wit suger u get in Indian market whihc is easier to eat then fresh one)... i m sure ul will be free from acid pain. Ofcourse, enough sleep n on time sleep, lots of water to drink, no spicy n citric food, junks n fast food also not good. boiled n blend food r recommended. once acid settles u can enjoy normal food except above negative food.
