    Hi Amy,

Thanks for your comments. Can you explain a little about a Z line stomach muscle since you have been living with it, for those of us who may not know or understand what that is and what it means?

I look forward to hearing from you!

    Hi there,

It's my understanding that it's the same things as an irregular shaped stomach muscle that doesn't fit properly and thus acid backs up.

As I mentioned I take a nutritional product that has truely changed my life and is healing my throat. I still have issues with lying down at night as the acid flows back up but I sleep on a slanted pillow and that helps too.

If you have any other helpful advice or questions for me please let me know.

Hello. I am hoping that you all will be able to help me. My husband and I have been married for almost 6 months. Since our wedding, my husbands acid reflux has progressivly gotten worse. He wakes up in the night and vomits..sometimes 3 or more times in one night. He has recently started complaining of a pain in his lower left side near his kidney. I am terrified that this may be a sign of something serious. I would suggest he go to a doctor, however he has no health insurance at the moment and we are strapped financially. What can I do to ease my husbands suffering?

    Thanks

    Holly B.
