I was diagnosed with Gerd in late june. When I eat the wrong foods or even eat a normanl sized meal, I don't get heartburn, but my stomach tightens up into knots and I get pressure in my sinuses (feels like a headache). But my latest issues is that I can't sleep more than 4 1/2 hours at a time before the sinus pressure wakes me up. And despite eating more smaller meals, I've lost 15 pounds in the last month. I guess I need to see a gastroenterologist and have an endoscopy right?

Bob,
The first stop should be with your regular doctor (general practitioner, internist). You have some digestive symptoms (GERD) and some sinus symptoms. You may need to have some additional testing or get a referral to a specialist. The doctor can help you monitor your diet and suggest other treatment such as medication.
Let us know what you find out.
