Two years ago, I had trouble swallowing cetain food and occasionally passed up food without any feelings of illnesses. That's when I discovered I had reflux. My esophagus has been stretched twice and I have given up most food, except for yogurt, oatmeal and mashed potatoes. LOL Four out of six family members have had cancer, so this condition worries me. I haven't smoked for 24 years and am not overweight. My bed is elevated and I have a wedge pillow to keep me from sleeping on my back.
