These look delicious and make me hungry just reading the recipes.

I'll definitely try!

These all sound so yummy. Will try the meatballs with my toddler since I have all the ingredients. Love cooking with the rice bread crumbs.

I hope the meatballs came out great. I always freeze what I don't use and then microwave for about 1 minute for an after school snack (with fancy toothpicks for my son:)

This is such an excellent idea for a sharepost!  GERD has just re-entered my life.  Having dementia, I literally had forgotten that I had this chronic problem in the past.  When I started throwing up and feeling the pain, I panicked, thinking I had bulimia!!  I guess I'm relieved to know it's GERD!!!  I am going to begin looking for your posts and using your recipes.  Many thanks!!!  (You can find my shareposts on the Alzheimers section of this site.  I'd love to have you stop by and leave me a comment! Smile)

Thank you for checking. I'll keep the recipes coming each week. I'm so excited to make use of all the hours I have spent experimenting in the kitchen the last seven years!

Thank you, Tracy! A friend just e-mailed me this website/blog, and I am looking forward to putting it to use! (By the way, have you caught the typo in your bold print above: "Freindly"?)

Thank you for checking and for catching the typo!

Happy cooking,

Tracy
