Thanks.  I had a baby with baby acid reflux and one of the things that I learnt was that it was important to think about what I ate whilst I was breast feeding.  It had a real impact on the milk I was producing.  Whether breastfeeding or bottle feeding, I found feeding little and often and trying to keep the baby upright for at least 30 minutes after a feed was helpful.
