    Grilled Peaches with Honey Yogurt

One of the secrets to living with acid reflux disease is to eat as “lightly” as possible. This dessert is sweet and feels like a treat but it won’t leave you regretting your decision to enjoy dessert.

4 ripe peaches, cut in half, pit removed

1/2 cup plain or vanilla flavored Greek yogurt (rice or soy yogurt will also work great if you are sensitive to dairy)

    4 Tbs. honey

Before lighting, spray the grill lightly with cooking spray. Place the peaches cut side down on the grill. Grill the peaches on low heat until soft, about 3 minutes on each side. Split the yogurt between the peaches and top each with a quarter of the yogurt. Drizzle each with the honey. Serve warm and enjoy.
