Reflux Friendly Cooking: Walnut Dainties

    Walnut Dainties. Sometimes the simplest of recipes are the best for acid reflux disease. Recipes do not get much simpler than this old fashioned cookie.  



    1 egg white

    1 cup light brown sugar

    1 1/2 cup whole walnuts



    Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Beat the egg white until soft peaks form. Add the brown sugar gradually, continuing to beat until all the sugar is added. Fold in the walnuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 250 degrees.
