I tried many over the counter drugs, some made the throat more painful, (prilosec) and others (zantac) made my extremely hyper.  At the moment, I am taking Aciphex, the least difficult to take, however, shortly after I take a pill, I become very lethargic and have a heavy head, plus violent diarrhea every couple of days.  I also have stomach ache, particularly in the morning.  I do not have heaartburn.  I was diagnosed with gerd and sliding hiatal hernia.

 

Your website has provided me with most important information, particularly about immodium, and the necessiity for taking B12 and information on what ppi's do and not do. 

 

I find that most doctors are not sufficiently informed about acid reflux.  My doctor

prescribed B12 but did not tell me why.  I asked for Aciphex. 

She  told me to eat green food. 

 

I am finding that I have strong stomach aches in the morning .

I would appreciate any comments that you wish to make.

Prevacid is used for treat ulcers. Prevacid interacts with certain medications and and increases the side effects.
