Thursday, October 16, 2008 at 03:15 PMThank you for reading the SharePost. We already have a different activity planned for Halloween night this year, so hopefully he will still have a great holiday. I'm not sure what our choice will be when he is 9 or 10. Each year seems to present new challenges and new solutions, so only time will tell.

Thursday, October 16, 2008 at 08:36 PMThat's great that you have something else planned. I'm sure you're right, you can only take it one year (holiday) or one day at a time. And I know that it is what it is, we can't change the fact that we have to deal with reflux, we can only change how we deal with it and how we let it affect our lives. Thanks for the insightful sharepoint.

your son. I am sad that he has to deal with reflux at all but then to have it take away moments like trick or treating. Reflux seems to just rob kids of some of the joy of being a kid. I know you can make that choice for him not but will you do the same when he's older? 9 or 10 years old?
How did you discover his food allergies? Did you have him tested? I am asking because my son has acid reflux as well. He is only 7 weeks old (today infact!) and so we are new to all of this.
