    I started a new diet of the way i put my foods together in my stomach like not all foods get along.So take some aways from other and wow i had red sause today on my 2nd day of new diet and no acid.Iam 54 had this since birth along with other stomach problems but this diet i found works for me it has dont get caught up in the pill place doctors put you on so they can all get rich while the meds are killing you.I have stopped my 40 mg of nexium a day no noratripaline at night its only been two days but so far best ive felt energy people see it strange but it works for me just want to pass this on to you.
