    The recipe sounds good, but I'd hafta eliminate the cinnamon. I can't handle even a dash. I find cinnamon to be one of the worst triggers of acid reflex. Even a tiny bit and I'm in horrible pain. The recipe sounds like it'd be good enough w/o it though.

    I was looking up information about heart attacks, and read your comments and recipes for acid reflex and think this is my problem rather than a heart attack.   Didn't realize they have similar symptoms. 

    Thank you for the recipes.   I will try them this week and see if it makes a difference.  I already use soy milk all the time...I thought for being lactos intolerant, but I think the GERD is my real problem. 

    Please continue to write.  It is so helpful!
