    That's great--can't wait for my 18 month old to tell me what triggers his reflux (when he starts talking). So for now it's almost the same meal. I'm also scared to try new things. I don't want to hurt him so I try to give him foods in it's natural state and stay away from boxed, canned, or any kind of packaged food items.

    It certainly can be a long road to figure things out. I will encourage you not to discount all of the processed food though. Sometimes my son does better with cooked foods, such as applesauce rather than raw apples. Sending you good thoughts.
