acid reflux = hell

hi, i am 24 F, and have been living with acid reflux, gerd, ibs since '03. but for the past 3 weeks medications stopped working, its 24/7 burning and getting worse every day, i haven't been able to sleep for the past 2 days now from the pain, my voice is raspy; i have been getting fevers, chills, cold sweats, tremors, dizzy spells along with horrendous IBS issues. I can't leave my house anymore since i have to be near a bathroom. I am writing this just to let anyone out there that this is severe and you are not alone. I am determined to get to the bottom of why this is all happening. Thanks for reading.
