my 4 yr old son coughs from time to time with no real reason that i know of. Then last week his teacher at preschool told me when he went down for his afternoon nap his would wake after 30 mins make some weird noises then throw up a little in his mouth and swallow it again then go balck to sleep. Is this acid reflux, what should i do.
