April, The symptoms you are describing are consistent with acid reflux. It sounds like a visit to your doctor is in order. Tests for acid reflux can be inconclusive (as I will document in my next SharePost), so you might ask your doctor if there are things you can do differently (such as smaller meals, and elevating him slightly during nap times) or medications you can try which might make a difference.
