One site I read said that it can be made worse by acidic foods, so if you aren't adequately controlled by meds it seems increases oral acidity could certainly make it worse. I agree with Jan that it is really important to make sure that you have one doctor looking at your list of meds to make sure that none of them could be making things worse.

Hello,
I am not familiar with a lichen planus. Please explain. However, you are on a lot of medications for different conditions. Ask your primary care doctor to review your medications and make sure all are needed and are not interacting. Also, see if any of the medications could cause a worsening of your reflux symptoms.
