I thought the only way I would get relief from acid reflux was thru some kind of surgery but after doing some research on acid reflux I did two things:
1) changed my diet to no or very little fried food more fruits vegetables fish and chicken and I cut back on sweets
2) did not eat late at night anymore or did not lay down immediately after eating
Not only did doing these few simple things get rid of my acid reflux the post nasal drip that I seem to be getting all the time cleared up too.
I can't believe that its gone I suffered with this for a long time.

Thank you so much for sharing your reflux remedy. It is great that you were able to find the foods that triggered your symptoms and find other foods to eat instead. Sometimes it is difficult to eat 1-3 hours before bed but what a difference it can make in reducing symptoms.
