About Me

Hello,i was recently diagnosed w/nighttime acid reflux.The only symptom i believe i had was a lump in throat and mow it's gone.Sometimes i wonder if i really even have it.I don't have other symptoms of it.I get occasional heartburn during the day but who doesn't.I also,have crohn's disease w/IBS(irritable bowel syndrome).I always have to go to the bathroom after i eat so it's hard to eat out,even more so now cause of things i can't have cause of acid reflux.My dr said no choc,no tomato of any kind,no onion of any kind,no alcohol,no smoking,no mint of any kind,raise my bed 4iches and nothing to eat or drink 4hrs before going to bed.To me all this is horrible!!I miss eating the foods i love.why does everything have to have tomato&onion in it?they need to have replacements for people that can't those.it's not fair to us.
