Is it common for mucus to be present with spit up /vomiting? Sometimes my baby does not spit up at all, But tends to spit up more if he cannot burp. Sometimes spit up has cottage cheese textures, and sometimes looks more like smooth breast milk. The spit up is inconsistent both frequency and texture. Any information would be helpful. Peditrician is insisting on medication. Should I get a second opinion?
