I have been diagnosed with acid reflux. I have been on Nexium for a month. The symptoms of burning in my throat and heartburn are gone, but I experience a feel of fullness in my upper stomach. It comes and go away on it's own. When I get up in the morning, I feel like something is in my throat, but it goes away doing the day. I'm uncomfortable bending over or wearing anything tight around my waist. Could these other symptoms be signs of something else being wrong?

Hi Melody! This is Krystle, producer for AcidRefluxConnection.com. You might want to check out HealthCentral's symptoms section, in which "fullness in the stomach" is discussed. That URL is http://www.healthcentral.com/acid-reflux/introduction-000085_4-145.html.
In the meantime, I'll forward your question on to Dr. Eisner.
