My throat is on fire

I have had discomfort for months now. They consist of pain when swallowing my food all the way down into stomach, feeling of fullness in my abdominal area swelling as well, irritated, sore throat, feeling like I have food stuck in my throat. My stomach hurts. I belch a lot with food regurgitation. Please tell me what I can do to get some relief. I have had 3 endoscopy tests all were negative. Last one in Nov. 2006. They said I had GERD and I have been on Aciphex since then. But my symptoms here lately have gotten worse. Could this have become some form of cancer because of the severity in symptoms?
