I am glad to hear this discussed.  I have head gastro. disease for 35 years at least but it is selding felt in the throat or mouth.  However, my chest pains  often begin with a headache in the middle (front) of my head, then traveling to the right part of my head, making my ear hurt a great deal and it feels like my ear drum is going to break.  It goes down my neck, jaw, teeth and then my chest and back.

However, most of the time my chest and back pain come like an arrow shot into my chest.
