I have had 4 sugeries starting since 1996. Last surgery was August 2006, surgery before was only 2 weeks. I've had terrible heartburn and pain and not sleeping. Have constant pain to the left under my ribcage, constant hearrtburn and discomfort, not sleeping, unable to work or even function.Wasjust scoped last week again, lots of inflamation and the hernie went back up through the lining any suggestions. About ready to have everything removed due to the contant pain and inability to really do anything, pain is not worth what I've been going thru.

Hi, I suffer from acid reflux, but last week i ate shrimp and my stomach acted up more than it ever had.  My stomach is bloated, I have bad breath.  I dont know what to do.  I have been drinking a mixture of lemon juice, baking soda, apple cider vinegar and three drops of hydrogen peroxide. I have seen a very little relief.  Whats the best solution? I really need help.
