I have been suffering with hiatal hernia, gerd,acid reflux for quite some time now. Drs. have given me every thing from aciphex to zantac with no real help. I can't sleep. I'm filled with air all the time. I really want to try some natural remedies. Every website I visit with natural "cures" wants you to buy something. How do you choose? Help someone out there.
