I am glad to see that my anger toward the articles was shared by you especially being that you are a nutritionist! I couldn't agree more that all children deserve to eat more healthily and to get a lot more exercise. That exercise doesn't need to be a structured athletic event either. As a child I was always outside playing but nowadays my kids seem to be the only ones on the block riding their bikes around the court.

 

We need to stop being so obsessed with weight and instead look at what is causing unhealthy patterns. Turn off the TV, get some exercise, and eat better but don't assume the thinnest person you see is the healthiest - it could be far from the truth.
