Correct foods to and not to eat

By aytchr Monday, September 10, 2007
I am currently in Iraq and need help with identifying foods that cause acid reflux to be more active. I don't have lots of choice to chose from, but need to know what I can and shouldn't eat until I get some medicine. Thanks for any help!

Hi there, this is Krystle, producer for AcidRefluxConnection.com.

Thanks for writing! You may want to check out this article, which includes lifestyle modifications and foods to avoid.

Also,  you might want to check out this blog about eating at work, and another about healthy lunches. They may not apply exactly to what you have available to eat, but they can steer you in the right direction!

I hope this helps!

Hi Robby!

Sorry to hear about your wife. She may want to try our acid reflux diet page, which has guidelines and recipes.

Good luck to both of you!
