My husband has been living with severe acid reflux for the past year. He has been to several specialists in our area and to a well known clinic in CA. He has had several tests from upper GI to GI probe, CT scans, Ultrasounds. They have all turned up that nothing is wrong. The doctors say that he is just producing to much acid!! No Kidding!! He has tried everything from over the counter antacids to perscriptions (most recently Aciphex). Again nothing works. We recently tried Aloecure, a natural product to treat acid reflux....again no better. I have recently contacted a nutritionist to see if it is something in his diet. However, he has tried eating bland, small meals and nothing works. His episodes of severe reflux can last anywhere from several minutes to several days. Then for no reason they will go away for a few days. Any one have any solutions....suggestions??
