Ive been living with acid reflux for one year. I found out i had it when I had to go to the doctor for a Upper Endoscopic examine. I also have a disoder called dysphagia. Which is basically difficulty swallowing. Now im tryin to find a doctor or something to help me with my disorder because its causing me to lose weight, that i cannot afford to lose!

Have you been referred to a speech language pathologist? A speech language pathologist will help you manage the dysphagia so you can drink and eat. A gastroenterologist is a specialist in reflux and he/she can assist with the reflux treatment plan. Keep in mind that many times the primary doctor will manage the treatment plan just fine.
