If hiatal hernia is ruled out, there are several ways to do this........................if  it a baby, one need to change the formula, if one is not breast feeding.

(A hiatal hernia can also cause breathing problems, or difficulties)

    Hi Suzanne,

    Thanks for checking in!

Hiatal hernia can certainly be a source of acid reflux or make acid reflux more difficult. There is information about the causes of GERD and hiatal hernia's here. There is also some great information about infant GERD here.

Do you have a child with GERD? If you want to share your story, we'd love to hear about it! Perhaps there are others here who might be experiencing the same things?

Hope this information helps! Stay in touch and let us know how you are doing!
