I have had my share of picky eating and have had many friends go through it. One thing that I've seen be a big issue though is the free access to liquid calories all day. Milk may seem nutritious but when they have a cup available all day they may be sipping all day which can keep the appetite down. Stephanie,

I agree with you 100%- That is such an important point. Babies do need a liquid diet consisting of formula or breast milk but busy toddlers really need a lot less liquids and more solids in their diet.
