acid reflux could be releted to lichen planus of the mouth ????

I've been living with acid reflux for many years and I've been taking all the medication on the market  Losec , Prevacid , Nexium, and now pantoloc  , I've also been suffering of lichen planus in the mouth for many years and very often I have bleeding in the mouth. Dealing with Acid Reflux

Struggling through awful acide reflux again...
