acid reflux

I had acid reflux for years. The only thing that works for me is Potonix I have to stay away from any tomato products. If i get nervous about something it gets worst.

I would like to know the symptoms of acid reflux.  I get burning in my throat and chest and sometimes pain in my chest.  I'm afraid to eat because of this.
