My reflux is back......

Well, In 2000 i took a bunch of advil for headaches. A few weeks later, i had trouble breathing. Then trouble swallowing and clearing my throat. I had laryngeal reflux from gastritis. I have been living with Barretts Esophogus for about 15 years - it's really nice to find others like me as most people have common heartburn and don't understand. can't sleep

I had such pain in my chest/stomach-around 9 pm i ate a kid's size yogurt(with peanut butter cup)-i had to take gaviscon with water and yes the pain left-but the reflux hasn't-why is it so difficult to accept-i can't even go to bed now even though it is 12:30 AM. Why Me?
