I am super scared... had heartburn for the first time about 2 months ago... Was the scarest thing... After a long stressful weekend it came back this week... I am uninsured so a doctor visit is out... I am scared to sleep, afraid I won't wake up... How long does this last? What can I do to stop it? Taken Alka-seltzer like 3 times today...
