acid reflux in babies, children

granddaughter shes 10 months has been diagnose with acid reflux. She's was spitting up but now she's vomiting and unable to keep her food down and sometimes at night stops breathing for seconds it realy scares my daughter(Mom). Doctors dont seem to be concern or are overlooking the real problem can you help?

Living with Acid Reflux

it is very hard living with acid reflux because if i dont take my prilosac and eat anything acidity from spicey to fried food, it will cause burning in my throat at night from vomiting the acid when sleeping. Anyone have this problem? if so what do you do? Help!
