Nexium extinguished my heartburn, but do I still have acid reflux?

In so much pain and no relief - help

I have been living with acid reflux for over three years. I have been to doctor after doctor. I have had 2 endoscopies, Bravo PH probe (Demeester score 60.2). I was diagnosed with chronic GERD, esophagitis and hiatal hernia. I have taken every medication possible with no relief of symptoms.
