im new here

Hi i just joined the site. im dealing with painful acid reflux attacks. i need to learn how to adjust my diet and stay away from trigger foods. i take medication for the problem. i look forward to meeting new friends.

I am at the end of my rope

At this point I don't know where is to turn to.  Previously I have posted that I suffer from Water Brash.  This started in early Nov 07.  At the time I was being treated for H.
