Difficulty Swallowing - GERD, Hiatal Hernia and Nodule on Thyroid

In so much pain and no relief - help

I have been living with acid reflux for over three years. I have been to doctor after doctor. I have had 2 endoscopies, Bravo PH probe (Demeester score 60.2). Laproscopic Nissen Fundoplication!
