I have petic ulcers, I had appendix removed and suffered complications and three operations after due to complications. I currently take nexium, I have lately been having a lot of discomfort in my stomach pain swelling bloated and also having a hard time taking a deep breathe

The problem when someone has already multiple issues is that he/she tends to think that every symptom is due to the original issue. This may be true in your case but it's also possible that it's unrelated. As such, since this is a new symptom that is not going away on it's own you should see a doctor to be thoroughly diagnosed.
