This is very close to my own symptoms as well. I have switched to taking Magesium every day after dinner, to lessen the conspitation and drink a small amount of prune juice daily.
It is better most of the time, but I could actually feel gurgling in my left side at first, that has now gone away, but I still suffer from left side neck discomfort.
I have found that all these symptoms worsen with stress.
I have also started walking at least one mile a day if not two and it helps quiet a bit, as well as acupunture through my chiropractor.
Let me know how it goes for you. I also cut almost all red meat out of my diet, if I do eat it is lean red meat, very little hamburger and things like that.
I eat mainly chicken, fish and vegetables. This helps as well. I am lactose intolerant so milk is not an issue in my diet at all.
By the way I don't know your age, but I am 50 year old female, who is in premenopausal stage.
I will be 24 in two weeks. I was walking 3-4 miles a day last summer, and I felt pretty good at first, I had a lot of energy-more than I've had in years, but after a while I got back to where I just felt bad, and I couldn't drag myself out of bed. Unfortunately, that's how I have spent most of my 20's- at work, the doctor, or asleep. (Beginning to think I may have some kind of sleep disorder) I am feeling much better though since discontinuing the milk and sugar, and I notice a clear difference if I do have sugar especially. Within 10 minutes of eating sugar I am very nauseas. The milk I notice, but not until I realize I haven't had a BM for a longer period of time than normal, and this usually corrects itself after I have had soy milk-strange how it works that way! I don't eat a lot of fish, I have a weird thing about fish scales, and I really don't eat a lot of red meat because I have a hard time digesting it-it's one of those foods that sits in my stomach until it becomes painful. I eat chicken a few times a week, and occasionaly have something like tofu, eggs or peanut butter, but I take dietary supplements to help make up for what I'm not getting from meat. I'm more of a plant person. I eat cereal for breakfast w/ vanilla soy milk, have a fruit salad for my morning snack, salad with or without chicken for lunch, and whatever my mom cooks for dinner, but she cooks very healthy, because we have some different health problems in our family. The only real development I've had with my health lately is that I'm apparently grinding my teeth in my sleep. I've been having bad headaches, and some pain in my gums and my jaw, especially the right side, but I have plans to call my dentist about that this week. Keep me updated on how you are feeling.
I'm guessing for the chronic UTIs you probably took a lot of anti-biotics. They probably wreaked havoc on your digestive system. I suggest two things:
1) To prevent UTIs take D-mannose and Glucosamine
D-mannose is the active ingredient in cranberries that keeps the little buggers from attaching to your bladder. Drinking cranberry juice is helpful but this stuff is better. You also don't have to worry about taking too much. Whatever your body doesn't need gets flushed out. SolarRay makes a D-mannose supplement of 1,000mg. I take two or three with a large glass of water before AND after any activity that I think might cause problems. Then take two every day for the next few days just to be safe. Also, stay hydrated. Your pee should be lightly tinted or clear. If its dark, it's your body telling you to drink more water.
Glucosamine (usually taken for joints) helps strengthen the lining of the bladder wall, making it less susceptible to infection. I use a 1500mg supplement that I take regularly.
2) You need to restore the good bacteria in your digestive system.
It's likely that your digestive system is out of whack which will prevent you from absorbing the nutrients in the food you eat. That means more health problems. For example, if your body can't get enough calcium it will take it from your teeth, increasing tooth decay. Go to your local health food store and look for probiotics kept in a refrigerator. These will be the most potent. I use Active Acidophilus-20 which has 20 billion per capsule. Take one a day with breakfast until your bowel movements improve. Be patient, unless you do a colon cleanse it may take several weeks.
Other suggestions:
Cut your intake of meat and dairy. These foods can rot in your system when its not functioning properly and cause all sorts of problems. Consider limiting your meat intake to small amounts of lean grass fed beef or free range chicken.
Also consider temporarily switching to Almond or Rice Milk (no soy). Fortified versions like Rice Dreams have great nutrients. If you want to keep eating cheese, look for aged cheeses like Canadian Cheddar or Parmesan-- preferably grass-fed. You eat what they eat so the grass fed animals have much better nutrients in their milk and less fat.
I would also suggest a good multivitamin like New Chapter Organics - Every Woman Multi-Vitamin. Serving size is three capsules so you take one with each meal. This will keep a level flow of vitamins and minerals going into your body.
In addition, add more fruit & vegetable fiber to your diet-- granny smith apples, pinto/kidney/black beans, sweet potatoes (steamed or baked), and avocados are really helpful.
You also really need to reduce your intake of fat, sugar (especially high-fructose corn syrup) and processed foods. These cause inflammation in the body which means you will take longer to heal. Your digestive tract is probably inflamed and you need good fiber and leafy green vegetables (spinach, romaine, cabbage, celery, etc) to reduce the inflammation. Raw or lightly steamed is best. If you must use oil, use olive oil instead of vegetable oil. It's much milder on your system.
Lastly, keep a food journal. Keep track of everything you eat for each day and the type and timing of any health problems. You may discover patterns where certain foods link to certain symptoms 1-2 days later. For example, I discovered if I drink anything with caffeine I will have a migraine two days later.
Wishing you the best.
P.S. If any of these suggestions help please post your results.

Funny enough, I have had a lot of problems with my digestive system, and I was allergic to milk when I was a toddler, so someone suggested that I quit drinking milk for a while and see how I feel. I was also feeling really sick everytime I ate something sweet, but was told I wasn't having problems with diabetes, even though it runs in my family. I switched all dairy to soy, or veggie substitute products, and I eliminated sugar from my diet, and subbed it for splenda when necessary, and I have felt much better. I wouldn't suggest it for everyone, I'm sure its specific to my problems, but I haven't had to take any of my medications for a couple of months (i was taking 9 a day at one point-seemed like a lot too me), and I have lost some of the weight that I put on as a child. It's amazing how those two changes have been such a help to me. I still have some issues that I am working out, but overall, I feel like I spent a lot of years really struggling and I am finally on the road to recovery!!!
