My stomach hurts and feels like it has alot of air in it that is blocked up into my throat.

My stomach will get really tight and fills like it is filled with air. If I push on it I can get a belch but this does not give me much relief. It generally lasts for several hours. I take prilosec and tums but it doesnt help much. If I eat I get real nauseated and my nose...
