For many of us with GI issues eating is tricky business. We have to figure out exactly what will cause symptoms and what will not. Some days things are different than other days. It is good that you know the symptoms are coming from a lot of fruit. You may want to try to track if it's worse with some fruits than others. For example, bananas give me reflux especially if they are still firm. Strawberries are fine at first but eventually make me sick. Pineapple causes mouth ulcers. I love tomatoes but they don't love me.....
